Chamika Perera
A seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial accounting, audit (KPMG), and financial services across multiple industries. He previously headed the Corporate Affairs Unit of Hayleys PLC, where he was responsible for consolidated financial reporting and regular engagement with the Board of Directors. He also played a key role in the preparation of the Group’s Annual Report and the early adoption of the SLFRS S1 and S2 Sustainability Disclosure Standards.
Leveraging this experience, he founded AlchemX to bring big-corporate rigour into practical, value-driven solutions that help start-ups and SMEs build strong foundations and scale with confidence.
